January Lockdown Update

Hello everyone, we can’t quite believe it’s happening again, however we wanted to let you know that here at Victoria Carpets we are committed to supporting you and your business during this period.

Stock levels are extremely healthy, and our manufacturing teams are continuing to produce in safe working environments.


Thanks to our distribution partners: Alliance Flooring, we can continue to operate a safe delivery service with Covid secure measures in place. So, we are confident that we can continue to support you and your business during this time. The delivery schedule will be dependant upon customer demand, but as long as you are ordering, we will be delivering! Frequency may need to be evaluated should things become a little quiet, but we will keep deliveries running as smoothly as we can.


We are also offering a safe collection service by appointment from both our Southern (Hemel Hempstead) and Midlands (Kidderminster) distribution centres. Should you wish to take advantage of this please contact the Sales Office. We can offer 30-minute collection appointment slots between 0900 – 1530. We require 24 hours notice for next day collections which must be placed by 16:00 and where stock is not at your local depot, 48 hours will be required. PPE must be worn in accordance with site rules.
